The UK Government is working with teachers and NHS staff to test new ideas in Darlington, Sheffield, and Leeds to improve services.

These places are called thematic campuses. Each campus will focus on a different mission: Darlington on growth, Sheffield on opportunity, and Leeds.
A new plan lets people from local and central government share skills and ideas to improve national policies.
The plan is for government workers to help local people. This will solve local problems faster.
