New Care Homes in Rhondda

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is spending £93 million to build new care homes for older people and those with learning disabilities in various locations.
New homes will have flats, gardens, and activity rooms. Mountain Ash will have special care for dementia. Work is from 2024 to 2028.
Special homes in Gelli and Church Village will have bedrooms and a day centre. The council seeks a group to help run the Church Village home.
